Well, I didn't mention that later in the flight, he also pushed his legs out beyond the boundaries of his seat as well. I though THAT deserved a swift fork.
Well, a swift, "accidental" knee in the IT band, or just playing footsie with the guy, usually works for getting legs back where they belong. Never tried the latter, but the former...hmmm.

Yes, but "falling asleep" and drooling on his arm/hand isn't out of bounds.
