A foggy Pride weekend...

This weekend was the 32nd annual Pride Parade in San Francisco, so Jeff and I joined hundreds of thousands of gawkers along Market Street to catch this year's cast of bikers, go-go dancers, and leather daddies. And of course, this parade brings out EVERY politician in the area...particularly our well-dressed mayor.

At the end of the parade, we got to join the masses along the route to walk to the Civic Center. The morning fog rolled back for a sunny parade, and then rolled back in to cool the evening down.

K, yeah, so I was at a wine tasting event at Fort Mason which forced me to get up at 6:00am because of your darn parade. I'm all for being proud and everything except when it interferes (did I spell that right??) with my sleep! Oh but the wine was great!

(OMG and 2 q's in the wv. It must be a sign. Let's buy lotto tickets!)

We didn't go to the NYC one this year, although we did go last year. I think this year's had a bit of rain. Last year's was very, very hot and humid.

BG: Who does your wine tasting? Is that in the City College space at Ft. Mason?

SJ: Unfortunately, we MISSED Gavin's car, but caught all of the lesser politicians :(

CS: I can't imagine that sun and crowds make for a good day out with Loren.

Wow!!! That looks like some great people watching.

The folks around here in the southern bible belt would drop dead at some of those sights...but it would be good for 'em.

There are some great people around here, but quite a few need their horizons expanded; if you know what I mean.
