I discovered a new stress reliever today after an email sent me into a tizzy. I simply picked up a pack of Post-Its, peeled them off one-by-one, and threw them at my computer monitor until the screen (and the offending email) was hidden from view.
Very theraputic...I highly recommend it.

I have a brick also.
Another thing I have done is edit out words in the e-mail until it reads the way I want it to and then I forward it back to them with added text that says
"Thanks for your e-mail. I believe I understand you. Is this what you actually intended to say?"
A reciprocal tizzy usually ensues and occassionally I wind up in an administrator's office which never ends well...but it is well worth it. Once I was told I was an anarchist!
I said "no I am just one of the millions of people out there capable of independent thought"
have a good friday! next time take a picture of the monitor :-)

Sometimes posting the same thing multiple times makes me feel better.

As Calvin once said in a Calvin and Hobbes strip:
"Let me get my bat and thank you."
And John - I think you need therapy.
;-)
Well, I'm pretty sure that therapy would help, but reading this humorous string of comments has helped. FYI, I did take a photo of my screen, but it was with my Treo, and I can't find where the pictures go :) I'll post when I locate it.
A Manolo through the monitor can be extremely therapeutic.
